RANCO ETC CONTROLS

The Ranco® ETC is a microprocessor-based family of electronic temperature controls, designed to provide on/off control for commercial heating, cooling, air conditioning and refrigeration. The ETC is equipped with a liquid crystal display (LCD) that provides a constant read out of the sensed temperature, and a touch keypad that allows the user to easily and accurately select the setpoint
temperature, differential and heating/cooling mode of the operation. Models are available that operate on either line voltage (120/208/240V AC) or low voltage (24V AC).

With its wide temperature setpoint range and selectable heating or cooling modes, the ETC can be used for a wide variety of applications including refrigerated display cases, walk-in and reach-in refrigerators, milk coolers, refrigerated warehouses, chillers, beer and beverage coolers, tank heating, space and return air temperature controls and condenser fan cycling.

The A421 Series Electronic Temperature
Controls are single-stage controls with a
single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) output
relay. A421 Controls feature a bright backlit LCD with adjustable brightness and a three-button touchpad interface that can be set up to restrict user adjustments. An LED indicates  the output relay's On/Off status.

Standard A421 Series control modules have simple On and Off temperature settings for heating or cooling, an adjustable anti-short cycle delay,
temperature setback, and sensor offset
capability. The temperature control range is -40 to 212°F or -40 to 100°C.

The 16E09-101 is a single stage electronic temperature control, with a Nema 1 rated enclosure, and can be used for most applications within the temperature control range of -40° to
220°F, (-40° to 104°C). The control has an SPDT (Single Pole  Double Throw) output load relay.

The control has user options to control differential, anti-short  cycle delay, set back, offset, alarms and more. It includes an  NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor temperature sensor, and can be used with certain other NTC or PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistors that meet the
specified resistance vs. temperature specifications.
