The ANS2 Series is a next
generation universal field adjustable air pressure switch designed for
residential and commercial HVAC systems, commercial kitchen equipment (such as
hoods and fryers), outdoor radiant heating products, pool and spa heating
systems, and a variety of other applications. It offers simple calibration by
turning the key on the adjustment cover with an Allen wrench and using the scale
to select the desired set point. The ANS2 Is available in three set point
ranges:

ANS2-1000-00K: 0.08” wc to 1.0” wc
ANS2-2000-00K: 0.15” wc to 2.0” wc
ANS2-3000-00K: 2.0” wc to 10.0” wc
If you purchase an ANS2 Kit, the kit includes a bracket, orifices, and 3⁄16″ ID
silicon cured tubing (2 ft.).
The switch can detect positive, negative, and differential air pressure, making
it adaptable to various needs. Its design allows for customization, with the
switch pan supporting different terminal configurations, including SPNO, SPNC,
and SPDT setups and varying terminal widths. The mounting pan can be oriented in
16 distinct configurations. The electrical connection consists of three male 90°
quick-connect spade terminals for straightforward installation.
The adjustment cover can be removed for mounting where clearance is limited,
giving the ANS2 the same footprint as the NS2 switch. Please note that if the
cover is removed the scale becomes invalid and can no longer be used to adjust
the set point. If further adjustment is required, use a PVG and Manometer.
The ANS2 is the replacement for the discontinued RSS Series Switch and the NS2
Adjustable Switch.
